Our Founder and CEO Nicole France has spent over 10 years working with companies to develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs by utilizing the latest technologies, networking programs and marketing strategies. Nicole has a passion for marketing, training and developing programs that will generate traffic, create brand identity and customer loyalty through building relationships with and engaging communities.
Nicole has reorganized departments, increasing company productivity and expanding sales results. She has developed training programs and worked with companies to properly educate and train their staff on how to use current technologies and programs specific to their industry.
Nicole has worked with entrepreneurs, authors, small and large businesses, organizations and associations in many different industries such as; real estate, marketing, advertising, politics and non-profit .
Nicole also served as the 2009 Executive Director for The Sacramento Network of Business Women and current Director of Northern California Social Media Society.

Joe Yocca brings over two decades of top level state legislative and government relations experience to Buzz Sense Media.
Widely recognized as an authority on legislative procedure and state budget policy and process, Joe brings additional valuable experience as a political consultant and as a respected legislative advocate for the past decade. His areas of policy concentration include the state budget, healthcare, transportation, education, energy, business regulation & taxation policy, resources and government agency relations.
Joe has been widely quoted in major public policy and news publications throughout his career in California’s Capitol concerning the top political and public policy issues of the day. He has also been published in various public policy journals in the state, including California Political Review, Reason and Government Affairs Today. He has been featured in Who’s Who in California and in many periodicals and journals.
